Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Southeast Hobbies is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Products issues should be returned to the manufacturer since they are covered by the manufacturer warranty. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We require that you contact Southeast Hobbies in advance for authorization to return an item.

All items being returned MUST be returned in the same new condition which they were shipped to you including the original packaging and all included instructions, manuals, etc. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item with a value greater than $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
